Chairman inspires IOCians at Aligarh Bottling Plant

Fostering an environment of shared purpose, Mr S M Vaidya, Chairman, recently visited the Aligarh Bottling Plant, where he was warmly welcomed by employees, including contractual workers, who offered rose buds as a gesture of respect and appreciation. During his visit, Mr Vaidya took the opportunity to join the workforce for lunch in the plant’s canteen, engaging in lively conversations and sharing anecdotes. This gesture broke down hierarchical barriers and fostered a sense of unity. He also personally commended the kitchen staff for their dedication to serving quality food, highlighting his attention to detail and appreciation for every team member’s role. Following lunch, Chairman convened a focused meeting with Team BP, addressing critical issues of safety and product quality. Emphasising IndianOil’s unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards, he shared, “Safety is not merely a guideline but a non-negotiable principle. The safety of our employees, our channel partners, and our customers is our top priority. We must work in such a way that accidents become a thing of the past, not just within our plant but at every stage of our operations, from production to delivery.” Commending the Bottling plant for having an exemplary record of zero accidents since its inception, Mr Vaidya reiterated that, “When we prioritise quality in our inputs, we naturally ensure quality in our outputs. It is a testament to our dedication to excellence at every stage of the production process." He further stressed the importance of a holistic approach to safety, adding, “True safety is achieved only when our operations, from the plant to the customer’s doorstep, are accident-free. Every action we take and every decision we make should be guided by the imperative to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of our people and our communities.”
